The main reason I switched to Blogger is...
...it gives you the opportunity to muck around with the HTML/CSS and even some JavaScript! (which I’m gonna be needing for this guide. I like control.) WordPress doesn’t give this ability for security reasons so… meh. Plus Blogger is run by Google now; and even though they are headed for world domination, I generally trust them :P

However, building everything from scratch is really hard for what I want to do… so that’s not gonna happen any time soon… but maybe in the future…
